- We meet approximately 30-45 minutes before dawn at the Peterson's Champagne House, which is located on the corner of Broke Road and Wine Country Drive in Pokolbin, just minutes from the accommodation houses of Pokolbin, Lovedale and Cessnock. Please see map below.
What to expect: After a cup of coffee or tea and a flight briefing, passengers are transported to the chosen launch site for the day. This can be anywhere in the valley depending on the direction the wind is blowing. You may be flying over hills, rivers, forests, vineyards, or farmland. The views are breathtaking as you can see how vast the valley is once aloft. After the flight, you are returned to the Peterson’s Champagne House for the champagne breakfast. You will receive a personalized flight certificate and a sheet of discount vouchers, personally negotiated with our 'bonus partners' for wine, tours, meals, etc. for you to go forth and enjoy 'Wine Country'. Plan to be with us for approximately 4 hours, starting half an hour before sunrise.
