You and your partner will enjoy the VIP treatment in an hour long balloon flight for two, with a champagne celebration during your flight, a complimentary in-flight photo after you arrive softly back on terra firma and concluding with a gourmet breakfast at Peterson’s Champagne House.

Ultimate VIP flight experience
For that ultimate flight experience why not follow your romantic balloon flight for two with your choice of either a 30 minute return helicopter flight from the Hunter Valley to the coast or a heli-wine & lunch flight with Slattery helicopters.

- Approximately 60 minute exclusive flight for 2 over the Hunter Valley Wine regions

Then your choice of either-
- Helicopter pick up from your accommodation (where possible) for a flight to a local winery for a private wine tasting, then on to the restaurant of your choice for lunch (lunch cost not included)
- Return to your accommodation by helicopter
or
- Alternatively, be picked up by helicopter from Peterson’s Champagne House directly following the breakfast for a return helicopter flight to the coast (duration approximately 30 minutes).

Proposal Package
A hot air balloon flight is a wonderful way to propose, so why not make the special day even more memorable by hiring our "Will you marry me?" banner. This banner can be placed in our launch or on the landing field. Your pilot on the morning of the flight will be more than happy to discuss the best options on the day, based on wind conditions.
