Just a quick note of thanks for a FANTASTIC experience on Sunday morning. We bought mum a gift voucher for Christmas as she always wanted to go in a balloon. Mum thoroughly enjoyed herself, as did my sister and myself!! We are all still all smiling, and have our certificates proudly displayed on our desks!
Our pilot Matt, was extremely professional and funny, as were Vic and Nic!
Definitely recommend this to everyone.

I am just sending this note to let you know what a wonderful experience it was having a Hot Air Balloon ride with your Company this morning. I am so glad that you rescheduled our flight as the weather was perfect and what a smooth landing we had.

Hello,
I just wanted to send a quick thank you, we sent my Mum and Dad up for a balloon ride on Sunday 12th Dec for my Mum's 50th birthday.
Neither Mum nor Dad have wiped the smile off their faces since, they had a great time and have recommended your company to everyone they see, strangers included! They have praised the pilot.....who's name I don't know for his stories and history telling.
Thank you for making it a day that my Mum and Dad will never forget.

I would like to take the time to say how much I enjoyed my balloon ride on Saturday morning.
During the week Jackie was very helpful about the booking.
All the staff made myself and friend feel very welcome and were happy to share their passion with us. I appreciated the open honesty and willingness to not only answer any questions, but also to joke along and join in the light-heartedness of the group.
It was a magical experience for me that I know I will never forget.
