TERMS & CONDITIONS
Flight Tickets & Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. With this ticket option, in the event that your flight is cancelled by unsuitable weather, you will be able to reschedule anytime within the 12 month validity of the ticket but refunds are not available with this ticket type. Tickets can only be transfered to another flight location without charge in event of weather cancellation.
Flexi Tickets are fully refundable in the event that your flight is cancelled by unsuitable weather; you will have the option to either reschedule anytime within the 12 month validity of the ticket or request a full refund. If you would like to cancel your Flexi Ticket before your first flight date a small administration fee, in line with our cancellation policy, will apply to the refund. Tickets can only be transfered to another flight location without charge in event of weather cancellation.
