As you are already aware, the New South Wales Government has placed restrictions on non-essential businesses in order to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Unfortunately, the guidelines for tourism businesses have so far been inconclusive but after speaking with local tourism bodies in our flight regions this morning, we feel that the best course of action is to suspend flights until clearer guidelines are received. This way we can ensure that we are not at risk of contributing to the spread of this virus.
To do our part in stopping the spread of the Covid -19 (Coronavirus) we have placed a temporary stop to our non-exclusive flights in Byron Bay, Camden, Hunter Valley and Mudgee through until 1st May 2020. As further information is released, these dates may change.
Whilst our flights are temporarily suspended through April, we are still trading and will get back to our scheduled flights as soon as it is deemed as safe to do so by the relevant government authorities. In the meantime, you will still be able to be able to purchase our 3-year Gift Vouchers for all locations and book for flights from May 2020 onwards.
For those that have been in touch in recent days, you will know that our team has been working hard to ensure that we were able to maintain our regularly scheduled flights for our passengers whilst ensuring that we comply with all safety and social distancing recommendations set in place. However, in light of discussions with our Tourism Industry bodies, the best course of action appears to now be suspending flight operations temporarily.
We know that it is disappointing to have to postpone your flight but it is important that we all do what we can during this difficult time.

If you have any concerns about the validity of your ticket or voucher, we will be extending tickets and vouchers upon request (all other terms & conditions of your ticket or voucher will remain the same). Simply contact our team and we can arrange an extension for you to ensure that you won't need to worry about your ticket expiring during this shutdown period.
We still have flight spaces open for flight dates after this temporary shutdown so you will be able to schedule a future date now so that you have a wonderful experience to look forward to at the end of this difficult period.
